The Tasmanian Rock Challenge, IO Performance & West Tamar Council present:

Beaconsfield Rock Challenge!

Situated at the Beaconsfield Mine Yard, this event will be amazing with loads of talented local musicians performing live on stage.

This is a free event however ordering tickets are required due to limited capacity. You can order your tickets here.

The event will have food, drinks (the non-alcohol kind) and a coffee van available for purchase with a few prizes between sets also on offer. Free photo booth and temp tattoos will be on site!

Time: 5-9pm (gates open at 4.30pm with bag check upon entry)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Rock Challenge Beaconsfield is a drug and alcohol free event. Patrons will be required to present any bags upon entry to security and staff.
  2. Food and drinks will be available for sale at the venue. Strictly no BYO food or beverages into the event.
  3. Child supervision is not provided. All children below high school age are required to have parental/guardian supervision. We encourage families to attend.
  4. No umbrellas, sun shades or any item that will interrupt the view of other patrons will be allowed into the venue. BYO chairs are accepted but are the responsibility of the owner.
  5. NO pets allowed.
  6. If event is postponed/cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
  7. Patrons will adhere to all house rules and COVID-19 safety policies and must follow the lawful direction of event staff at all times.
  8. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
  9. Please refrain from attending this event if you are feeling unwell or are experiencing respiratory or flu-like symptoms.
  10. Event Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
  11. By attending you consent to your photo being taken, which may be used on social media and for future promotional material.
  12. Event Management reserves the right to vary advertising programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
  13. Patrons are strongly encouraged to report any unruly, inappropriate or illegal behavior immediately to event staff.
  14. Patrons are to use the designated entry and exit locations provided for the event. No access is allowed within the Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre beyond the established perimeter of the event site.
  15. All incidents requiring first aid are to be presented to St John Ambulance.
  16. In the unlikely occurrence of the site being evacuated patrons should follow the directions provided event staff.
