Hugo was selected to represent Tasmania in Sept/Oct 2025 in the NTJSA U13’s Asia Pacific Championships held in Sunshine Coast.

Hugo said he saw lots of cool attractions and did some cool activities. The team lost 3 of their matches, and won 1.

"I was extremely proud to be awarded Player of the Match twice by opposition coaches. I learnt so many valuable skills, met great players from all over Australia, and even swapped uniforms with players from other states. My long term goal is to play for Australia."
